As General Superintendent with over 30 years of experience, I have completed over 20 projects ranging from public assembly, educational, hospitality, office and special use facilities. My responsibilities include directing all field staff, resources and activities necessary to successfully build the project while maintaining a strong focus on safety of employees and the general public. I assist in developing a project mobilization plan; review plans and specification; assist in developing estimates and schedules; review subcontractor and vender pay applications; ensure that subcontractors and venders have proper insurance; and review field costs and implement cost control procedures for same, while maintaining labor harmony and productivity on site.
